Pneumatic ball valves are used to control the flow of a media (liquid or gas) by means of a rotating ball with a bore. Pneumatic actuators control ball valves by converting compressed air energy to mechanical motion. The rotating ball is controlled and turned by a pneumatic actuator.

Pneumatic Cylinder

Pneumatic cylinder, also known as air cylinder, is a mechanical device which uses the power of compressed gas to produce a force in a reciprocating linear motion. Operation diagram of a single acting cylinder. The spring (red) can also be outside the cylinder, attached to the item being moved.
